                     32oz water
dinner- 2 slices pizza, garlic bread, 1 package jack's links beef jerky

snack- 16oz Perrier water

TRAINING
part a- 1000m row, mobility (shoulders, hip flexors, lower back)
part b- EMOTM for 10:00- 3 UB muscle ups 
part c- "Kelly"- 5 rounds, for time: 22:55
                         1. 400m run
                         2. 30 box jumps (24")
                         3. 30 wall ball shots
