               vitamin c, vitamin d, zinc, echinicea 
snack- 2oz jack's links beef jerky stick (3 pro)
(3 bl)  pistachios (3 fat)
          mixed fruit (cantelope and watermelon) (2 carb), dried fruit (1 carb)
          20oz black coffee
lunch- 2 packets of tuna (5 pro) 
(5 bl)  1 cup cooked white rice (5 carb)
          pistachios (5 fat)
          16.9oz water
snack- granola 
dinner- @ Hyvee 
               2 chicken thighs, 1 chicken leg 
               mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese
               24oz water
before bed- 16oz (1 packet) EmergenC
                 vit C, vit D, echinecea, zinc
                 12oz hot tea
