pretty tired for the second rep @ 305. technique wasn't there on the jerk, almost saved it.
c) 3 rounds
1) 15 hang power cleans 135#
2) 15 toes to bar
3) 15 handstand push ups
5:43. felt good on this. the hang cleans were unbroken, toes to bar were 8/7 every set, then unbroken on the handstand push ups.
