REGIONAL PREP DAY 9- Wednesday April 9th, 2014

   @ 8:30pm   
a) 3 rounds (not for time) 
     1) 10 wall balls 20#
     2) :45 nose to wall handstand hold
     3) 10 calorie AD sprint 
b) EMOTM clean and jerks (10x1) 
     @ 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 80, 85, 85, 90, 90%
     205, 220, 240, 255, 270, 275, 290, 290, 305, 305 (f jerk) 
pretty tired for the second rep @ 305. technique wasn't there on the jerk, almost saved it. 
c) 3 rounds 
     1) 15 hang power cleans 135#
     2) 15 toes to bar
     3) 15 handstand push ups
5:43. felt good on this. the hang cleans were unbroken, toes to bar were 8/7 every set, then unbroken on the handstand push ups.
