1. 5 sets -- 3 snatch grip push press + 1 overhead squat
     (all sets between 70-85% of snatch -- 195-235) 195, 205, 215, 225, 235
2. 6x3 hang snatch (above knee) -- work to a heavy, smooth triple 135, 165, 185, 205, 215, 225
3. 3x2 hang snatch @ 90% of smooth triple. done @ 205
4. 4x2 3-stop snatch pull @ 90-100% of 1rm snatch 255, 265, 275, 275
5. accumulate 1min rings to chest hold (in hollow position) done
6. 3-2-1-1-2-3 strict MU (rest 1:1 and repeat) skipped -- biceps and shoulders blown after camp
7. Bike workout done
