     7 Med Ball Cleans
     30ft Handstand Walk
B. Two sets, for technique and prep, of:
     Clean Grip Deadlift x 6
     Hang Power Clean x 6
     Front Squat x 6
     Push Press x 6
     Back Squat x 6
       Weights = 75,95
C. Every 1:30 for 9:00 (Six sets)
     1 Power Clean
     2 Front Squats
     1 Split Jerk
D. Every 1:30 for 9:00 (Six sets)
     Back Squat x 1 rep
E. Five sets, for reps, of:
     30 seconds Burpees
     30 seconds Rest
