NUTRITION:

8:30AM: grapes, 1 banana, 33.8oz water

11:30AM: dried fruit (mangoes, pineapple)

2:45PM: 2 pork chops, venti americano (Starbucks)

5:00PM: 16oz chocolate whole milk, 33.8oz water

9:00PM: 1 chicken breast, lettuce, salsa, strawberries, watermelon, 32oz water

11:15PM: 2 spoonfuls peanut butter
