NUTRITION
breakfast- 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, 2 tbsp hummus on 2 slices of sourdough bread
                  24oz water
snack- 3oz beef jerky
             honey cinnamon almonds
             20oz black coffee 
lunch- 2 smoked chicken legs
           lots of broccoli salad w/ grapes
           24oz water

TRAINING
COMPLETE REST DAY
